Terms & Conditions

1. Re-evaluation or re-checking of answer sheets is not allowed under any circumstances.
2. Registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Evaluated answer sheets will not be handed over or shown to the student/parent after results are declared; no such request will be entertained.
4. The decision of the SEA examination committee regarding results, ranks, and awards shall be final and binding on all participants.
5. Forms not filled in legible block letters, or with incomplete/incorrect information, are liable to be rejected without notice.
6. The student must carry the admit card and a valid school ID to the examination centre; entry may be denied without these.
7. Use of unfair means, malpractice, or misconduct during the examination will lead to immediate disqualification.
8. Exam date, time, syllabus, and venue are subject to change; any such change will be communicated through the school/SEA official channels.
9. SEA and the school shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or postal/electronic delay in the delivery of admit cards, results, or certificates.
10. Personal details provided in this form will be used solely for examination and result-related communication.
